1. Booking & Advance Payments

* All appointments require advance booking confirmation.
* Selected treatments, packages, and wellness rituals may require full or partial
prepayment to secure the reservation.
* Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

* Cash
* Debit & Credit Cards
* Bank Transfer (for memberships/packages)
* Approved digital payment links
Personal cheques are not accepted.

3. Package & Membership Payments

* Packages and memberships must be paid in full in advance unless an approved
payment plan is issued by Vera Wellness.
* All package payments are non-refundable but transferable to other Vera services.
* Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

* Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a
cancellation fee.
* No-shows may result in:
– Deduction of the session from package/membership
– Loss of deposit or prepayment
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without price adjustment.

5. Refund Policy

* Services rendered are non-refundable.
* Prepaid services, packages, or memberships are non-refundable once activated.
* In exceptional cases, management may issue a service credit at its discretion.

6. Pricing & Adjustments

* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
* Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified.

7. Gift Vouchers

* Gift vouchers must be presented at time of redemption.
* Vouchers are non-refundable and valid only until expiry date.
* Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

8. Outstanding Balances
Vera Wellness reserves the right to:

* Refuse future bookings until balances are cleared
* Cancel memberships for repeated payment defaults

9. Dispute Resolution

Any billing concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the service so our team can
assist promptly.

10. Agreement

By confirming a booking or completing payment, guests acknowledge acceptance of
Vera Wellness payment terms.
